There’s a force in me that can destroy, and another that knows how to turn that chaos into creation. I’ve learned to build from pain as much as from joy. Being an entrepreneur, a writer, and a soul guide at once isn’t balance. It’s a dance between paradoxes. Sometimes even a fight. It’s not an easy way to live but it brings a great value to me, my close ones, and my clients.

By staying close to what hurts, and not looking away. I was born a poet into an engineer’s family. A world of systems, logic, and precision. For years, those two forces clashed inside me, tearing and shaping at the same time. Eventually, I learned to let them collaborate. To build with imagination, and feel with structure. That’s how I turn tension into insight, and pain into gold.

We bridge worlds that rarely speak: business and being, analysis and intuition, reason and ritual. We read Jung, Kafka and Seneca, but also the market and the moment. We use models until they break - because the real work begins where theory ends.

Because every true name holds a paradox. Ramla the sand that remembers. Jay the voice that carries. One silent, one wild. Together they form the space between where every transformation is born. It is also the stage name of Elena Kovalcikova, Founder & CEO of the company.
